Ruffles like a dress or a skirt. So Floridian in yellow. Amazingly, still made in the States. It makes me laugh; at KIOSK we have one over our desk with a yellow light bulb. It's sunshine. Now that we own one, we are starting to spot them around town - commonly used outside, I think it's better indoors, less cliché.
